CheckSix support
Last updated 4 October 2026
Need help? Email contact@checksix.co, or open Account → Send Feedback in the iPhone app. No CheckSix account is required.
Tell us what happened, and include your app version, iOS version and device model. Include a reply email if you want a response. Never send passwords, Apple sign-in details or payment card numbers.
Check a pay estimate
Compare the rule breakdown and coverage notes with your contract and pay statement. Pay results are estimates. Missing time inputs and previous-period data can change the result, and some contract provisions are not yet modeled.
Describe the date, event and rule you want us to check. Attaching your export is optional and off by default. It includes your profile and pay records.
Manage a subscription
Apple manages iPhone purchases. Use Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel a subscription. Use Account → Restore purchases in CheckSix to restore access.
Use Apple's purchase support for refund requests. Reading entries, calculating pay and exporting remain available after a subscription ends.
Keep or move your records
Use Account → Export to save a copy before importing data or troubleshooting. An active subscription enables editing and private iCloud backup. For backup, sign in to the same Apple account on each device and turn on iCloud.
If CheckSix shows a conflict, review both copies before choosing which to keep. Contact support if an import, saved file or backup reports an error.
Privacy and data removal
Your pay records stay on your device and in your private iCloud unless you attach them to feedback. Removing the app and removing its iCloud data are separate steps, and exported copies and other devices also need separate removal.
See the privacy policy for details. Email support to request removal of feedback you sent.
Independence
CheckSix is operated by Xon Designs, Texas, United States. It is independent of your employer, your union and your payroll department.
